U of Minnesota Twin Cities?

<p>My brief stats:
-GPA: 4.0 UW
-ACT: 30 (retook & am waiting for my scores, should be better)
-Valedictorian
-Will have ~30 college credits from dual enrollment
-Participated in a science summer program (2013), and will be participating in an engineering summer program (2014)- both of these programs are 100% lab based
-Quite a few EC's & leadership positions
-I place well at the regional and state level for my EC's, will be competing nationally this summer</p>

<p>Btw, I am a reciprocity student.</p>

Am. Gov/Economics (dual enrollment)
Advanced Biology (dual enrollment)
Calculus
Astronomy
PE/psychology (1st & 2nd semester, respectively)

<p>I intend to apply for the CSE as a Chemical Engineering major.</p>

<p>UMN CSE should be a match to high match for you, but the ChemE program is very competitive. It may be hard to declare it as your major.</p>

<p>I believe that at during sophomore year students have to apply to the major. Those with a 3.2+ GPA are guaranteed admission.</p>

<p>Any other opinions about my chances of being admitted to the CSE?</p>
