Does anyone know what time they start rolling out decisions?? Hoping I get mine today!!!
Did anyone receive their decision yesterday? If you did please post your stats since I am beginning to get anxious.

I called the admissions office and they said that there’s no guarantee that another wave will come out before April 1

My son reached out to admissions earlier this week to ask if any notifications would be out this week. He was told: “They are released in waves, but we aren’t at liberty to disclose exactly when notifications will come out.” Not very helpful, I’m afraid…

@IndoBurma My gut says no. $18k is short of the $25k we were hoping for. Maryland is < $30k. That’s an extra $27k per year. He is a UR double legacy and Rochester is perfect for who he is as a student, but the UMD comp sci program is top notch and you can’t beat the Balt/Wash area for job/intern opportunities. We will see.
Who knows when last years second wave was released.
@collegegirl0323 Last year the second wave was released 02/19 however, this year they didn’t send out a second wave. Although someone did tell me that the applications have gone up exponentially this year so maybe they had to shift to a review based process instead of rolling out waves except the first in which most of the people we’re exceptionally well qualified.
Yea tbh I’d say expect maybe a wave this coming Friday March 1. Why? Well it’s the very first day of March which is literally the month all decisions come out for most part. Fingers crossed it comes out this Friday!
It’s true what Tom Petty said about the waiting…son received acceptance in 2017 on March 18. Hope they arrive soon for all!
does anyone no what the top merit they give is? my son is a NMF and was told if declared #1 school a minimum of $25,000. was also told only 1 scholarship regardless of what. Definitely need more to attend. Will probably get some add since I will have 2 in school (one at state school) but that will be for only 1 yr. he did apply to the GEAR program but that was a long shot & was deferred to RD. he will be computer science. 95 unweighted , 103 weighted with 12 aps & 6 CL classes. 1520 Sats. thoughts on acceptance.
My son got accepted on 2/8. Financial package came today with no merit. Very disappointed. Top 2% of class, GPA 99.6, SAT 1400, > 5 AP classes and other college level course credits. President Italian Honor Society, Varsity Athlete Captain, Suffolk Zone Award Winner (Acadenic and Leadership ) and multiple clubs and other volunteer activities.
