I guess I have weird taste...I like all three, even though they're completely different. That's my personality, I guess.

Or maybe your not zeroing in specifically on your needs...then again, yes maybe you're weird.

-
Slipper: hehe yeah, your statement sounded insulting for Uof R and said that Williams was just out of the range of these schools. Apology accepted, s'all goood..

If I got waitlisted at Washington University in St. Louis, does this mean I'm not going to get into Williams? I know that's probably not an easy thing to determine, but I was just wondering what people thought.

I forgot to mention that a kid from my class (a very small school) with higher SAT, lower GPA also applied to Washington, but for computer science instead of pre-med. He hasn't heard anything yet, so this could mean that he got in, which could have bearing on my acceptance there.

no idea, you can never tell, universities are too random.

WUSTL waitlists everyone they think wont come.

Yeah, I've heard of someone getting waitlisted at NYU and getting into Yale. . . .go figure

My friend got waitlisted at Emory but into Princeton and Columbia. Our guidance counselor said it most likely was because they didnt think he would come.

Notice how many people get "waitlisted", its a clear way to assess seriousness.

That's good to hear...What I figured but still good to hear. I should hear from U of R tomorrow!!

Into U of R...2 more to hear from!!! The waiting continues... :-/
