U of T (OISE) vs. UBC Education

I am trying to decide where would be the best to get a degree from.
OISE obviously has very high reputation but my faculty advisor that I was assigned is not responsive at all.
And the program manager is so not helpful.
UBC on the other hand has been very responsive.
I live in Toronto and to be honest, going to U of T would be more a logical choice.
But unhelpful staff and unresponsive faculty are kinda turning me away from attending U of T.

In terms of receiving quality education, which one would be better?
Name value is obviously important too.

Please help me decide!

I got accepted to Master of Education degree by the way. Which school would be the best choice?

I would choose based on where you want to get a position. If you want to get a job in Ontario, U of T would be the better choice as they would help you with your OCT. If you go to UBC and want to move back to Ontario to get a job, you would have to get your courses converted and then may have to take additional coursework. It took close to a year to get my US license converted to OCT.
