<p>Hey my name is JOHN and I just got accepted to University at Buffalo New-York. My question is since am a transfer student the housing counselor told me the apartments will be better for transfer students. I have no clue which to choose apartments or residence halls. Please when stating your opinion tell me why, based on affordability, location, cleanliness, cool activities, room supplies etc .. and above all like I said price is key lol.</p>
