UB vs. Bing (Buisness Programs)

<p>Can someone explain to me why University of Buffalo/SUNY Business program is always ranked so low compared to Binghamton's Business program...I just saw in the WSJ poll or survey that UB was ranked 13th while, Binghamton wasn't even on the list...Is UB's business program that much better than bings?</p>

<p>UB isnt top 10 in the country. Businessweek just put there list out and Binghamton is 79 and Buffalo isnt ranked.</p>
