Hi,

So I went to SMC for 1.5 years, then transferred to NYU (wanted to work on wall street). For serious family reasons, I may need to leave NYC and go back to Cali. My strategy has been the following:

Attend community college while waiting to apply to finish up pre-requs (language etc) and take calc 1 and calc 2 via BYU.

I do have really non-traditional circumstances though (ran a business 2+ million in revenue while not attending school after high school which was successful, worked at a PE firm managing 1.5 Billion doing deal flow) but am afraid the short nature of the essays won't allow me to intelligently speak about that.

How can one go about doing that?

Also, does anyone have experience doing BYU courses while applying to CC'S?

I was told today that so long as I'm taking one course at a junior college in cali, im up for priority compared to those who are transferring from privates and other schools (UCLA favors community college residents)

Thanks!
