No, but you need to maintain a weighted GPA of 3.0 and no D’s or F’s in your Senior year. You send in your final transcript to the enrolled UC at the end of the year.
They won’t care unless you go completely south or it might help if you got a supplemental questionnaire but that is pretty much it.
Would UC Berkeley rescind admission for a C in an AP course?
No, but you have to maintain an Unweighted GPA of 3.0 for UCB/UCLA versus weighted GPA for the rest of the UC’s but I would try really hard to get up to a B of years end.
Just don’t get anything lower than a C in any class.

I had contacted UCLA regarding the same query last month and this is exactly what they said.
(perhaps they phrased it differently, but the meaning was definitely same).
