UC application

<p>I sent out my UC app a week ago and I kinda regret choosing EE for my major for UCLA and UCSD since it is extremely competitive. Is it easier to get admitted to choose major like biology just to get into the school and then change major later? I heard it is impossible to change major like biology to EE but I also heard it is possible as long as you maintain a high GPA in your freshmen year. I am confused. i have another question...is Cognitive Science competitive?</p>
