how come on the MyFinAid for UC Berkeley, it doesn't have any section saying "cal grant."
is it titled under "conditional undergraduate scholarship" or what? i have a cal grant from ucla, but nothing for berkeley. help please?

i dont either. i don’t think anyone has theirs listed…

i believe it is included in “undergraduate scholarship”…no?

It just hasn’t been confirmed yet, it is included there. (:

thanks yunie!
i saw in your other posts that if you go to ucla, you have a better chance of getting into berk’s grad school… can you elaborate a little? does berk prefer people who did not attend there for undergrad? do you know why?
i think i wanna do the same thing that u were saying… such a tough decision!!!

Hi! You’re welcome!

I’m not sure what else I can say about that! (Sorry, xD!) I don’t necessarily know why they do that, but my professors/Cal faculty has told me that they want a variety of students from different backgrounds. Yeah, tell me about it…it’s really difficult for me to chose now. It’s either two years of undergraduate study or another four years for GS. I’m seriously leaning towards UCLA because of it!

My gift aid total is only 16,580…

Other than that, they want me to do a Work-study, and take a 5500 loan out
