<p>I know those who got the Regent's Scholarship, obviously, know they got into Berkeley, but my friend said she got an email from them saying "Congratulations! You've been admitted to UC Berkeley." However, she didn't get any scholarships. I told her that was weird, because on the portal it says March 29th is the official decision date. Has anyone else got an email like that?</p>
