I just called admission office a few minutes ago and was told don’t know when next wave will be coming, just to be patient.
That’s so strange. It seems like people often get conflicting answers.
I got in L&S FPF.
Got my email at approximately 3:03PM pacific time.
@Valentino3458 AWESOME! Congrats =D>
Anyone else get an email to off WL today?
Crickets…
still nothing for me… Seems not many folks interested OFF WL anyway
Would this even be considered as a wave? Or are they just individually letting people know as it’s nearing the end. Rip
I don’t think this should consider wave, probably from now on, every day some individuals will be OFF WL as soon as the seats become available, but only rely on the first or 2nd wave folks not committing — Chance is relatively very low
This seems to be the norm with most top universities. It will be over soon. I wish you all the very best in whatever direction life takes you.
Just curious … can we appeal waitlist rejection?
@Berkeley321 no
@SomeKid123 Thanks!
That means good-bye Cal … is transfer into Cal any easier? Some one told me some big corporations do not hire transfer students. Is that true?
Did rejections come out today??
@Berkeley321 That is not true. I know a person who transferred from CC → UCB and now works for a top company.
Not true. In your resume you only need to state the University, year and degree.
Can we transfer from other UCs to Cal? I know cc can transfer to UC, not sure from other UC transfer to Cal?
Transferring to another UC campus:
Students who were previously enrolled at a UC campus and want to transfer to a different UC campus must be in good academic standing (last term and/or cumulative UC GPA of 2.00 or above) at their prior UC campus to be considered for transfer admission, even if that UC campus is not their last school of attendance.
@Kekoli75 Thank you!! Hope the very best to everyone. Dream comes true.
Final decisions out, I am ok with my options but want to check we can’t appeal right?
