Did UCSC release decisions?
Some UCSC decisions were posted today. More will be posted in March.

When decisions are ready, will applicants be notified through email, or will we have to check the date decisions come out directly on the portal?

people first found out in portal but eventually emails turned up.

Check this page for scholarships. Several are automatic based on your UC application.

Historically UCLA post decisions the 3rd Friday of March. No specific date confirmed for UCI.

Just days ago I learned that there is a shuttle from Merced to Yosemite - takes about two and a half hours. That sounds amazing - imagine going to hike in Yosemite on the weekends. That alone could make for an exceptional four years.
