Uc Berkeley Rescinding HELP!

quick question,
i was wondering if anyone knows the specifics of the berkeley admissions contract.
my contract states:

You must notify your Admissions Officer immediately, by email, of any additions, drops or withdrawals from courses you plan to complete this academic year.

You must complete at least 60 UC-transferable semester (90 quarter) units by the end of the spring 2009 term. Immediately contact your Admissions Officer if you will not be able to meet this condition.

You must complete all UC-transferable courses in the Winter and/or Spring 2009 terms with a 3.0 or higher GPA and no grade lower than a C. Immediately contact your Admissions Officer if you will not be able to meet this condition.

So I go to De anza college so my school is on a quarter system.
Winter quarter I got: B+(6units), C(6units), and B+(5units)
Spring Quarter I am looking at possible: B(6units), C(6units), A(4units), A(4units)
With these grades my gpa for winter and spring combined is a 2.98
My gpa for spring alone would be a 3.1. My overall gpa including all my classes at de anza is around a 3.7 which is well above a 3.0. What are the chances of me being rescinded?
I don't understand their contract....if it means spring and winter combined...? or separately...I spoke with my admissions officer and she said 3.0 for only spring however other counselors said 3.0 for spring and winter combined....
HELP!?!??
and i'm an MCB major in college of L&S

you have the general provisional contract meaning your OVERALL gpa has to be 3.0 over by the end. Dont worry, you are fine!

conn1ex3 is incorrect. If you are on the quarter system, you are required to complete both spring and winter quarters with a combined GPA of 3.0. If you are on the semester system, you are required to complete the spring semester with a GPA of 3.0. It is fairly obvious that this does not refer to your overall GPA: “You must complete all UC-transferable courses in the WINTER AND/OR SPRING 2009 terms with a 3.0 or higher GPA.” If you don’t contact them, then you will probably be rescinded automatically. However, since you are so close to the 3.0 requirement, I’m sure they’ll let you slip through the cracks if you speak to someone.

If they let you in, you better step your game up man. I just started my first semester at Cal and it’s extremely demanding.

derekjn is correct… I had an overall gpa of 3.7 when i transferred in 2007, however when i was getting ready to transfer, i got a C in statistics, i called my admissions officer at Cal & she also confirmed that I had to have a 3.0 in the classes that I was finishing up that semester, i was lucky because my other grades posted as A’s. The good news is that she told me that sometimes they work w/ you depending on the circumstances.
