we took different approaches, i threw mine away lmao but that is much more symbolic and dare i say LOVELY . proud of u sis one more day and we will all know that our work was worth it (even if we don’t get in it is ))

I went through last year’s thread, searched the key word “address” and got a sample of applicants.
The result is, ALL applicants that were in my sample and claimed that they had that 2-4-2 were got admitted or waitlisted. Number is about a dozen. And there were one or two claiming that their address was 2 all the time. They got rejected. So my conjecture, based on my irresponsible observation, is that those who had 2-4-2 are very likely to be admitted. However, it does not mean that those whose address never changes get rejected. Just a conjecture. Sorry if I set the anxiety on fire…
Edit: FYI, my address is 2 all the time. SO BAD
@flaminhaute Oh, well, you’ve come a long way! I got into Cal Poly SLO senior year but they rescinded my application because I did awful my last semester of high school lmao. It worked out for the best though. Is UCLA your plan B, or would you consider UCLA over UCB? I kinda wanna go to UCLA but I don’t know a single person there, I actually have friends at UCB, so that kind of swaying me (if I get in).

@thecolorblue yes! After I withdrew from cpp I thought nothing could be worse than that but wow I was wrong it was a blessing in disguise. UCLA is my backup and I feel so privileged just to say that, I didn’t even apply in high school because I felt like I had no chance (at the time I certainly did not.) I visit Berkeley from time to time and many of my closest friends are there so I know the transition will be fine, but I need to get in first! I have a few very close friends at UCLA but I’ve never been there before so we’ll see about that. I think you’ll love either school!
