Just got in for English!!
Still so torn and have no idea if I’ll go to Berkeley or stick with UCI because I already SIRed and live right here… it is Berkeley though.

Okay, now I am panicking. I have changes in my course load that I have been wanting to change. What do I do?
@studentzunite Is it affecting your IGETC? Major pre-reqs? Minimum unit requirements?

I can’t log into cal central to check financial aid/sir. Does anyone know why? I tried Sign In with MAP@Berkeley ID too but it does not take me anywhere.

@puriabestia It’s still too soon to tell. My intuition tells me more offers are on their way. But no matter what comes, we’ll all be fine 
@dondell If they’re doing it by division, which appears to be the case due to what offers people are getting, then there’s not a chance for any waitlist offers to be denied, ergo no spots.
Do we have to meet the deadline to send final transcripts and arrive by July 1?
@puriabestia I don’t know. But as long as it is not the last day for notification, I think there’s a tine opportunity for us to wish for. After all, before today, none of us believe such amount of offers would come. I know it may sound a bit optimistic, hopefully we can get what we want in the following days.
I think there might be more days. Remember how the office told some people got accepted the day after last tuesday? The people that got in now are people that got spots that people last week didn’t accept. I think there were more rounds last week that will end tomorrow or day after tomorrow possibly sparking another round of acceptences.
@studentzunite Then you should be fine. As long as major related, igetc, and min units are fulfilled the changes shouldn’t be that big of a deal. Make sure you fill in the update form (SIR too even though it says not to since that is more meant to be for people who got in april and had all of may to sort this out) and email your major advisor. (Should be in the conditions of update section or the update form section.) Congrats on getting in!
I got in too!!! So relieved this has been my dream for so long.
Major: Resource and Conservation Studies
It seems from this thread that all departments under L&S except math&physical sciences has given out offers so far.
If @Orangered123 was right, it then indicates that rarely a stem major would give up a spot for berkeley.
For those who got in, can you please give me a link to deferring enrollment? It’s somewhere in the FAQ’s. I would greatly appreciate it.
Just got my acceptance email today but I’m not sure if I want to go anymore because of how late it is. I registered for my classes at Davis yesterday and was pretty set on being an Aggie but I feel like I’m in a weird spot now. Congrats to everyone else who got accepted.
