Has anyone applied for housing yet and where would you recommend?
@yesonetwothree for me, it disappeared on the admission letter, but it should be on the “condition of admissions” section.
Did anyone apply for on-campus housing? I couldn’t find where to apply.

It takes approx 24 hours after you accept your offer of admission to create your calnet ID
Please re-try after the 24 hour wait period and let me know if you are successful or need additional follow up

@Orangered123 or any other waitlist admits, does your Cal Central list you as a “Summer Domestic Visitor” when you go to the “My Academics” page? I registered for an account in April as part of the Summer Sessions hack, and my Cal Central is still reflecting that.
@studentzunite so do we need the transcripts to arrive by july 1st or submit it by july 1st?

@creamly I believe they want it postmarked by July 1st. You can also see the request on Cal Central. Just do them ASAP so you have one less thing to worry about.

How long after SIR to Cal should you all tell the other UC you are backing out?

You need to have your CalNet ID to apply for housing, though.

Has anyone gotten their CalNet Id to work? Still cant access mine. Scrambling to get high school and college transcripts sent as well as igetc on time is kinda stressful enough lol but I just noticed on the FAQ that they give 10 additional days after the deadline for everything to be sent in, so hopefully they’ll be a bit understanding.
@blasbcptransfer Nope, whenever I try to create a CalNetID, I get to a forbidden page and “You are not allowed to view this page”.
@shayhello17 and @Orangered123 do your CalNet IDs work now that’s it’s been longer since you were excepted?
Anyone get their calnet ID and still can’t access golden bear advising?
My golden bear advising just disappeared and I have not done it yet. Did this happen to anyone else?
