SAT II: 780 Writing / 800 Math IIC / 710 Spanish
APs: 9 (average score of 4 on the 4 I've already taken)
Honors: 4
EC activities: good. have awards, community service, leadership, interesting independent efforts.
Personal statements: good enough.

Art history or economics/math major.

Applied to: Berkeley, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Irvine, and Santa Cruz.

err. why did you even bother with santacruz?
you know if they don't give you any of the other ones, but you meet UC req. they will at least put you in one of the UCs - usually riverside or santacruz (even if you didn't apply)

If, out of all the schools to which I applied, I were only accepted at Davis, Irvine, and Santa Cruz, I'd like to be able to have my options, I guess. Besides, Santa Cruz has a neato linguistics program.

I'd think you'll be in for all of them. Very good numbers, except for yor UC GPA which is a little low; avg for UCB is like a 4.15 or so. Absolutely awesome test scores, though.

Good application practice...na, not really...i dunno...a dream..but if you really wanna attend there go for it...i've had a few dreams come true(not in this process but in life i mean).

Ha ... well, I applied ED to Brown... strictly statistically speaking, based off only my class rank, I have a 4% chance of being admitted. It's a dream you say? Time to bust out some Langston Hughes -- dream deferred -- haha pun intended...
