UC Chances with Weak EC?

Hey guys! So this is another chance thread. Due to family circumstances and my ignorance to the college application process, I wasn't able to engage in as many ecs as I'd like to. Will this significantly hurt my chances at the upper UCs?
Also, will my rigorous senior class schedule make up for the fact that I took a tutor period in junior year?

I'm applying L&S cs for LA and cal BTW.

Here's my stats:

Asian female
Instate Applicant

GPA:
UC uncapped- 4.667
UC capped- 4.36
W-4.4
UW- 4.0

Class Rank
W- 2/696
UC-7/697

AP Classes:
3 Sophomore: Chemistry(a dreadful 3), WH(4), Chinese(5)
4 Junior: Comp(4), APES(5), Bio(4), US(5)
5 Senior: Gov, Lit, Stats, BC, Psych

total 12 APs

ACT: 32 (waiting on the October score, will retake in Dec if the score is not 33+)

SAT2s:
Bio(E):770
Math2:730 (dishonored my family.....)

Here comes the pitiful ec section, everything is so trifle lol:

Key Club 100-150 hours no position
Chinese Club president
Some regional awards for science Olympiad (1st, 2nd,and 4th respectively)
2 years participation in history day- yep didn't even make it into regionals
2nd place in regional science fair chemistry category
3rd place in a regional Chinese speaking contest
2 years JV badminton *sign I fail at sports

Thank you so much for taking your time to read this. I will only be apply to the UCs and some state colleges, so this chance thread means a lot to me. Best of luck to all of us in this application season!

Hello!
I don’t think UCLA has CS outside of engineering. They only offer a major called “linguistics and computer science” within the UCLA college (basically letters and sciences). I can’t really chance you because I am just a high school senior, but I wanted to let you know! Good luck :)

@ccina97 Thanks for pointing it out! For some reason I thought they had one… I guess I need to do more research

You got it! Yeah, I was kind of bummed out too. Now, I’m applying as a neuroscience major for UCLA!

@ccina97‌
Computer Science and Linguistics is a “joint” major with Linguistics and the number of CS required courses to graduate is less than the CS in Eng’g but nobody is stopping you to take more CS classes than required.

@2018dad‌ That is a WONDERFUL idea.
