UC/CSU Payment and other ''Oh god I'm submitting late'' worries

<p>1) I might only be able to pay for my UC applications on the 29, but would like the chance to go back and edit my essays if needed (and it probably will be needed) ... would I be allowed to edit my application information after I've paid but before 11:59 pm on the 30?
2) After paying and submitting my UC/CSU applications, can I go back and add more campuses? If so, how long is this option available?
3) Why, oh why are the CSU applications so painful to fill out?</p>

<p>Please help another CA public school hopeful out!</p>

2) I think after payment and the final submit button you can’t change it from there, though I have no experience as I haven’t finished either.
3) So far its pretty easy, no essay too :)</p>
