I tried the “myBill Theory” and I see my options for Fall & Spring 2017 so hopefully I did get admitted. We’ll find out next week hopefully. Good luck everyone
If you couldn’t check your portals until 5 PM on Friday and you were given the chance to, which portal would you all check first between UCD, UCSD, and UCLA?
UCLA is the school I doubt myself the most on being admitted to, so maybe I’d wanna hear the “bad news” first? Or maybe I’d wanna pump myself up with “good news” and then use that as a cushion for the bad news? I’m really over thinking this, what am I doing. It’s 1:48 AM lmao @LynAmmo
Does anyone know if Davis takes Winter grades into consideration? do they count them towards your GPA? or how does that portion and the TAU work with the admissions process?
I just saw the comment section of a UCSB acceptance video on Youtube and someone commented, “my counselor told me that Davis will get back to me on the 17th”. I wonder where the counselor got that information and if it’s true… Just thought I’d let the Davis fam know.
@doihaveashot2016 are you serious??? i kinda find that hard to believe it would be that early but i guess its possible! wow now Im going to be checking my email all day tomorrow lol
may i ask which video it was? could you paste the link? thanks!
@doihaveashot2016 Historically, Davis releases a week before Berkeley, so I’ve been assuming that we’ll hear back on the 21st with UCLA :-? but idk, who knows lol
How are my chances for UCD? I completed two years at University of Arizona and one year at Santa Barbara City College. (Transferring from Santa Barbara City College)
Major: Econ
GPA: 3.46
Major GPA: Not really sure? Slightly higher maybe.
IGETC: Most likely completed
Prereqs: All but one
TAG: UCSB (Already denied)
ECs: Accounting Club at U of A, Investments Club at U of A, worked full time job after leaving Arizona.
Personal Insights: Ehh ok didn’t spend too much time on them. 8/10.
Applied to UCSB, UCD, UCSD, UCI
*Fall semester at SBCC got a 4.0 so I hope that will help. I feel like having a lot of out of state coursework hurts my chances?
