<p>Taking WRIT 1 will not set you back one quarter.
In fact, it’s set up so you take WRIT 1 in the fall
WRIT 2 in the winter, and WRIT 50 in the spring.</p>
<p>I don’t think you’re suppose to take Writing 50 in your first year. In fact, the class specifically forbids people with freshman standings from signing up on GOLD.</p>
<p>it doesnt really matter what quarter you take writing classes as long as you take writ 1 by the end of your first year, writ 2 by the end of your second year, and writ 50 by the time that you graduate</p>
