Hi all,
Long time reader first time poster here, just curious on your opinions.
I've been accepted to multiple schools but have seemed to narrow it down to UCI, Barrett Honors at ASU, Cal Poly and waiting on Berkeley. Where do you think would be the best bet? Price isn't really a huge factor, I am just curious to where will give the best education. Poly is far to close to home so it's really between ASU and UCI. Thanks for your opinions!
My major at each school is BizAdmin although I am really not sure what I want to study.

Hey! Barrett is a one-of-a-kind honors college (as I’m sure you know) and so many opportunities are geared towards these individuals. ASU’s business school, W.P. Carey, is slowly increasing in ranks, so if you are sure that you want to stick around in the Business school, that’s probably a better bet as UC Irvine’s business school isn’t extraordinary. Although, UC Irvine does have a beautiful campus and there’s so much more to do. So personal preference plays as well. :)

My son has the same options as you and is deciding between ASU/ Barrett and UCI. His third option is Santa Clara University, but that is too close to home for him. His major is Biomedical engineering. The next few days we are going to be visiting ASU/Barrett and UCI to make a decision. I will post something after our visit. Have you visitied the campuses of both these schools?

It’s such a hard choice! @ NorthCAMom. I have visited both, but plan on going again. Going to Irvines open house on the 11th, then heading to Barrett on the 23th. Ill have to choose quickly! Let me know how you feel about Barrett. In the end, I just don’t know how I feel about getting a degree from ASU…

ASU is an up and comer but it still had a long way to go before it can match UCI.
