<p>Your account will be unlocked when you are finished with academic advising. Then you can register for your classes. Academic advising as far as my understanding goes, is purely for “advising” purposes. You register on your own.</p>
<p>The soonest advising date is 26th, so I doubt that there’s anyone who has done this already.</p>

Yes, this is possible. someone in this forum had transfer from UCI to UCLA with a GPA 3.9 and some decent EC. So, i assume transfering to Davis is also way work out. However, i assume you know UC to UC transfer is not a easy thing to do since UC give first priority to the community college student.</p>
