Hi guys!
I'm an education major wanting to focus on education reform. Irvine just came out with and Education Science (with concentration on Research + Evaluation) BA and Penn State has an Education and Public Policy BA. Irvine is a UC, definitely cheaper, but still a new program. Penn State is going to be more expensive, but is ranked number 9, and I'll also be far from home. What to do?? I would be a transfer student from a CC, is it worth waiting a year to transfer to Irvine or transferring to Penn State sooner but costing more(30k)? I need any suggestions or advice of which school is a better pick! help! I feel like Penn State major would be more useful, but so would Irvine's, so idk

Get your degree at the less expensive place. Most education programs are set up to fulfill the requirements of the education laws in their own state.
