@wlasm15 tell me about it dude…I see nerds with 3.6+ gpa saying their housing messages changed…but my GPA is only a 3.2-3.35 and my housing message hasn’t changed Smh. It’s so totally obvious to see that I’ve been rejected or waitlisted…lol. but i don’t care anyway, I’ve already got into UCSB and am awaiting davis. Ucsd is last on my list meaning if I were accepted I wouldn’t have gone. SB and Davis are the schools I really like. UCSD is too boring, I found that out when I visited my cousin there last year. So I just applied for the hell of it haha. Good luck to anyone admitted. I can finally stop checking this thread now… (relief). BTW totally can’t wait for davis next Friday xD

Well Davis and SD might come out on the same day. I was hoping Irvine was going to come out but they only posted the regents…OTL
@trnsfrsdnt im on the same boat as you with a 3.83 gpa…but i just started stalking the past year’s threads, and there was a person last year with a 3.97 gpa and his housing message didn’t change. he ended up getting waitlisted…

Not to be too mean or anything ppl…but if your housing message did not change you are most likely rejected or waitlisted. How do I know you ask? Last year I had 2 friends sweating over the housing message, one friends changed mid april, the other friends’ message did not. Well my friend who’s housing message changed told me she was accepted…my other friend waitlisted. however my waitlisted friend did get admitted through canceling her waitlisted offer then appealing. So yeah that totally sums things up.
Hope for the best prepare for the worse.
As for me Ucsd is totally whatevs…definitely don’t care if I’m in or out Lol.

@trnsfrstdnt people say it doesn’t mean anything because it’s just speculation, that’s why people have been trying to correlate their housing message to past years’ decisions. honestly, based on previous history, it feels like we’ve been rejected or waitlisted… im not saying this to put you down since i really wanna get in too, but this is just my honest opinion…there were loads of people with 3.8+ with the bad housing message that got rejected

Your low GPA and intelligence really shows in your writing. Don’t be rude towards people or speak negatively of a school just because you aren’t smart enough to get in.
edit: spoke too soon, was irritated by someone’s comment. But I will stick by the fact that not everyone posts their decisions, so I wouldn’t take the message as a for sure sign.

@g3tb0mbed whatever you say dude lol. UCSD is really not an interesting school in my honest opinion. I never told anyone not to attend. BTW I’ve already got into a great school in UCSB and am very confident I’ll get into Davis. so again, not trying to bash your UCSD dream school, but I REALLY do not care if I’m rejected or not. I just posted my friends’ stories to help people out and get them to quit worrying about this housing stuff. Lol
