My son applied to UCSB as a Transfer Student and we are still waiting for a decision. I have found a couple comments that imply that decisions will be later in April. One comment said “Mid” April, Mr. Sun said April 25, and another post said April 21. So, we are just waiting but trying to get more info on the other UC’s where he has been accepted.
One of the biggest concerns is how easy or difficult it is to add a major. Does anyone know how easy it would be to add a major as a transfer student at UCSB? My understanding is that there are just 3 “colleges” at UCSB: Engineering, Creative Studies and Letters and Sciences. He is entering as a Psych major, which is in Letters and Sciences, and would add a major in Letters and Sciences, if that makes adding a major easier.
