What are my chances of getting in?
If i don't have any chances what do i have to achieve at UMBC(university of maryland baltimore county) to get in?

The University of California has increased the minimum high school grade point average (GPA) required for UC freshman eligibility from 2.8 to 3.0, effective with the fall 2007 entering class.

I'd have to say that it would be extremely hard for UCSC to even consider you even if you were a CA resident.

Unless that 3.1 gpa is unweighted? Even then it would still be hard, especially since your SATs are quite low...

is your 1530 CR/M or is it all three subjects?

I'd try Long Beach State.
