Hello all, I have taken the SAT Reasoning Test three times already, and have improve on each sessions. 1670, 1830, 2060. I am planning to register for the December test date for the reasoning once again, does anyone knows if the UC system averages out my sat scores after 3 reasoning tests? I've heard that they do but I want to be sure.

Can someone also explain how sending in the December test scores work for the UC system?

Thanks, this is urgent! The December SAT deadline is this Friday!

UCs use that test with highest composite, there is no averaging and there is no superscoring. UCs take Dec test scores (app deadline is not test score deadline) and request that you identify a UC as one of your colleges to automatically receive scores as soon as they are released (such as one of your free sends). For SATs, you only have to send official scores to one UC even if applying to more than one. The one that receives score puts it into a computer file that is accessed by all UCs. Note, since you do not mention them, UCs also require two SAT IIs.

Okay thanks for the tips, also can you help clarify the whole “december” test / sending UC scores.
For instance, lets say that I want them to only receive my highest score, and not my prior scores, how would that work? The UC app, I believe requires you to enter in your scores during the app.
