What's the ranking of UC Schools? which one is first and which one is last one?

IMO

Berkeley
UCLA
Santa Barbra
Davis
Santa Cruz

i don't even know what the others are.

Overall it's:
Berkeley
Los Angeles
San Diego
Irvine
Santa Barbara/Davis
Santa Cruz
Riverside
Merced

Engineering (I may be wrong because there's no general ranking for engineering, only rankings for specific areas of engineering, this is just my best idea):
Berkeley
San Diego
Los Angeles
Irvine
Santa Barbara
Davis
Santa Cruz/Riverside
Merced

chemical engineering in santa barbara is ranked really high. it's higher than UCLA which was a surprise for me. i think it's ranked sixteenth compared to UCLA which is ranked 26th i think, not sure.
in my opinion
Berkley
UCLA
UCSB
UCSD
UCI
UCD/UCSC

Berkeley
UCLA*
UCSD*
UCSB
UCD
UCI
UCSC
UCR
UCM

*Very close, pretty much tied imo.

IMO for engineering its
Berkeley
UCLA/UCSD
Davis (way more programs then UCSB and generally higher ranked)
UCSB/UCI (SB has too few programs imo)
Riverside
Santa Cruz/Merced (1 half-baked program each?)

However, it really depends on your major. For example, if I was a ChemE I would go to UCSB over every school except Berkeley.

If you want to add Cal Poly SLO in, I would put it between UCLA/SD and Davis.

Here are the actual rankings for undergraduate engineering :)

Yea, which is why only one of your posts was really good, the rest were just in general rankings
