Hello everyone! My TAG for UC Davis was approved but i have a quick question regarding my future classes for spring 2020. So, in the Spring 2020 I listed a 1 unit Fitness course (swimming) in order to hit my 60 units and that is the class that was part of my approved contract. Unfortunately, the course I chose is virtually non existent now, so I enrolled a different course from the same category when it was time to enroll in spring classes. I ended up choosing a weight training course, which is still a Fitness course and is also 1 unit. Virtually everything is the same regarding both classes, only difference is one is a swimming class and one is a weigh training class. My question is, will this sudden course change void my contract and disqualify me? Keep in mind, I am only taking this class to hit 60 units, it is just an elective course. Thank you!
You will note the course change when you update the TAU which should be a available January 6.

No, that is the purpose of the TAU and to update your Fall grades.
Great, Thank you. One last thing, I vaguely remember someone mentioning that we also have update our classes on a UC portal or something. Is there anything we have to do regarding a UC Portal? The only thing Ive done so far is creating a Myadmissions account
That is the purpose for the TAU, to update your classes for Spring and to update your Fall class grades.

You update it in the January Transfer academic update (TAU) online. The UCs (and TAG) will work off of that.
i guess im a bit nervous they might void my contract because theyll say “oh its not the exact same course” haha.

I am doing my Transfer academic update right now and have a quick questions. The spring 2020 classes are “Planned courses”, should I change the status of them to “IN Progress” since my semester starts next week? I’m not sure what to do and I am a bit confused because the beginning of the semester is so close
I don’t think they care. Since the TAU is open until end of Jan and that’s when they look I’d probably do IP.
