UC TAG tip about GPA (If you're under the 3.2/3.0 threshold)

<p>This MAY apply to some, then also maybe NOT to some. Anyways, if you put all your grades into TAG, it may bring your ASSIST CERTIFIED (the GPA that matters) UP, while your transcript GPA, may show a lower number as mine does here. Try it out, this might help some of you. And yes, I have quadruple checked my transcript and my counselor as well, everything is entered just fine.</p>

<p>It changes my GPA by .4 points, those with a 3.16 or a 2.96 might have the same thing happen to them. Maybe it will pull it up even higher for others. </p>

<p>it’s been that way for awhile now…like for 5 months? I just ignored it. not sure if its a glitch or not though</p>
