<p>Hi guys,
I just wanted to hear what past UC transfers/graduates have to say about their dorm experience at their respective UC. </p>

<p>I'm not asking about any specific UC, just looking for responses in general. (just for thought I am transferring to UC Davis)</p>

<p>Would you recommend transfers dorm? What advice would you give to them? Also, is it good for the social aspect?</p>

<p>I'm interested to read about your expeirences..I'm sure many fall 2011 transfers are wondering about this too! Thanks :]</p>

<p>Depends on how old/mature you are. If you are like 27 then you might be happier not living in a dorm.</p>

<p>I am a fall 2011 transfer. I would guess the age range would be 17-21 with a few exceptions. I would think that if you are a bit older then you might feel more mature than these kids and want to opt for a different living arrangement.</p>
