I’m currently a sociology major attending a CC. This is my third semester and I’m planning on applying for transfer this Fall, but one problem is, I got a high B in Statistics which is a prereq for sociology majors transferring to UCLA. Will this hurt my chances of getting accepted?
An A is better than a B, but a B won’t make or break you.
A high B is definitely ok.
I had a B in a major req (also stats) and got into Cal, UCSD, and UCD, so I’d say don’t worry too much.
