UCApp- How should I describe the activities?

<p>I have couple of academic awards(?) that I received over the years.
For example, I received President's Honor Roll in high school
and Dean's List and President's List in college.</p>

<p>If I want to include those in my UCApp, what should I write under
the description section?</p>

<p>Please help me!</p>

<p>Describe what made you qualify for the awards. For example: “Had 3.5 or better GPA for 3 or more terms.”</p>
