Here it is..
[Prospective out of state transfer to UC berkeley]
So the past semester I had a grade of C in calc 2. This was due to receiving a 0 in a test I got 93 on, because I had someone cheat off my paper. Do I suck it up and mention it in the application or should I simply ignore it? I feel that If I do mention it they'd think Id do it again. Which i will never do. I'd appreciate any words of wisdom.

Thanks in advance.

Wait, I’m confused. Do you have an academic dishonesty report in your file? Or, are you talking about simply explaining why you got the C in Calc.? If it’s the latter, I wouldn’t go into it. It’s like explaining the drugs in your car the cops found really aren’t yours, they’re your friends that you drove home the night before. You know you’re telling the truth, but do you really expect them to believe that crazy story?

I would not mention it, just my call.
