<p>actually i dont think this is new, i have seen this a whole bunch of times</p>
<p>I've seen parts of it (the department admission breakdown, the GPA interquartile, etc.), but I have never seen any information on the transfer personal statement or a specific list of what they look for in the application. It may not be a new publication, I just have never seen it posted on College Confidential.</p>

<p>this is updated info. i have an old copy. the percent admitted for my major increased from 33% to a whopping 39%. :)</p>
<p>Apparently, everything is going down in 2008 due to budget cuts and the increase in applicants.</p>
