UCD admissions

Earlier this morning, I received this email:

Dear XXXX,

Thank you for your application to UC Davis. Before we can complete our review of your application and reach an admission decision, we need you to update your coursework, units and grades received for your English 142 course. You mentioned in your application taking the course in the Fall 2010, please log into the system and add the necessary information.

Please use the following link to update your academic history, ensuring that all the information is complete and accurate before submitting your information – you will not be able to access the page again until our office has reviewed your submission:

We must receive this information within five (5) calendar days of the date of this message, or processing of your application may be delayed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (530) 752-2971.

Sincerely,

Although I only received this email because of a mistake (which I left a comment on in my TAU) in my transcript, it does give me notice that our admission decisions will come soon!
Hope this will help some of you guys calm your nerves!

To me, it doesn’t sound like they are close to decisions. It kinda sounds like they just started…

^Haha it does, I got this email (regarding something else) from UCLA almost a month ago

This seems like an individual problem only. “we need you to update your coursework, units and grades received for your English 142 course. You mentioned in your application taking the course in the Fall 2010…” Looks like he/she didn’t enter in a grade on the application.

I’m sure they’ve already started making decisions.

My friend had a similar problem, he forgot to update a grade that he enrolled in the Fall, and they asked him to verify a grade for another class
