<p>Hi, can anyone suggest which of the 2 schools is better for engineering. Especially for aerospace engineering.</p>
<p>I think Purdue has a better program, but at the same time, its undergraduate education we're talking about, so as long as the school is ABET accredited, there isn't much difference. Graduate school-wise, I do think Purdue is better though.</p>
<p>Purdue is better overall in pretty much every engineering field except maybe Agriculuture.</p>
<p>You should also factor in cost, whether you are in state or out of state (over $40k difference).</p>
<p>Another important thing is where you plan on getting a job (level, and type). Smaller companies may not recognize certain schools or have very little knowledge about it.</p>

<p>Purdue is in West a Lafayette IN. Home of the Boilermakers, It's in kind of a charming and cool part of Indiana but sorry...it's no UCD</p>
