It could be if you are a Top 10 Knight… Top 10% of graduating class in Florida you are guaranteed admission but it can be Fall, Summer, or Spring semester start
D23 accepted yesterday applied Fall accepted Summer… She Top 10 Knight
That is really weird because plenty of people that applied fall have already been moved to summer. This policy sounds like FSU, not UCF.

Interesting to learn tonight that my son has been accepted to UCF for the summer semester after applying to the fall semester. Looks like I was given incorrect information and passed it along on this forum. When it comes to admissions, UCF advisors should all be singing from the same page.
@Anisgoyo, “Pobody’s Nerfect!” You’re right, they should be on the same page, but they slip up occasionally. Phone calls to the Admissions office usually yield very accurate info.
But on the bright side, Congratulations to your son!
More good news, the Knights beat #20 Cincinnati on Saturday and are now ranked #25 in the US (highest ranked Florida team).

Could someone please clarify if it is full ride for OOS NMF or just a certain amount of scholarship amount per year?
You might want to call and ask how it is distributed. It certainly looks like it covers everything for a full ride considering a Florida credit hour is $212. So tuition and fees are about $6400 for 30 credits a year, leaving over $13000 left for room and board each year.

Our son same stats. Applied 8 weeks back and nothing yet. Also did Summer. :<
