UCF On-Campus Housing for Sophomores?

Hi I'm a UCF Freshman at the moment and living off campus. I want to apply for on campus housing for the Fall 2012 (I will be a sophomore then). What options do I have? It seems like the Towers are most for upperclassmen but they require a Summer fee as well and being that I am international, I won't be here during the Summer and thus paying the extra 2000$ at the towers for the summer term would be pointless. Do upperclassmen have chances at getting into Lake Claire, Nike/Hercules, or Apollo/Libra? I really need to live ON campus next year but my options seem limited to the Towers which aren't a suitable fit for me. Please provide me with some assistance. Remember I will be a sophomore at the time. Thankyou!

The Nike/Hercules apartments are open to upperclassmen for Fall/Spring term. They have 4 bed/2 bath or 2 bed/1 bath apartments with a living room and kitchen.
