I am interested in majoring in Management Information Systems, would UCF or FSU be a better choice for a college? I am leaning toward UCF due to the newer buildings and nicer facilities, but FSU is offering me a scholarship.

I think there's already a few threads comparing the two universities. I'll just give you the straight facts. USNews ranks FSU's undergraduate business school at #43 nationally and #25 among public universities. UCF ranks at #143 nationally. Just to compare, UF's COB is #32 and Miami is #70. I'm not sure on the MIS rankings, but I'm almost certain that UCF is not ranked ahead of FSU.
UCF does have the newer buildings, while FSU has the more historic buildings. Check out the other threads for other comparisons between the two.
Here's a link to FSU's COB stats:
http://www.cob.fsu.edu/pdf/cobfastfacts.pdf

Business week rates UCF at 60 and FSU at 54....

Are these rankings really a reason to consider a different college. How do the job placement programs compare? etc...

Thanks in advanced..

Newer buildings will not pay for your tuition or other expense bill. FSU is a much higher-rated university overall, in addition to having a substantially better rated College of Business.

If ratings are close, which these really aren't, then try and save the most money.

Not to mention that FSU has a much 4-year higher graduation rate than UCF.
