UCI Biology Transfer Tips?

Hi Everyone, my first time posting on here!

I going to be applying to transfer to UCI this fall majoring in biology. I am going to be completing my Physics and BioChem/Genetics/Molecular Biology over there rather than complete it at my CC. I was just wondering what tips any of you who have already transferred, or have taken these classes would give as to be better prepared to take these classes? I would also like to get involved in the campus, do you guys know of any rewarding experiences for Bio majors currently offered by UCI? Thank you for your help!

the majority of classes you mentioned are upper division and not offered at a cc…

I assume you’re talking about the physics 3 series and bio 98/97/99 respectively.

All i can say i study hard. As a whole, the material in these classes is not too difficult. what makes them hard is the fact that everyone around is pushing the bar pretty high.

Thanks for your feedback!
