UCI Chances? High SAT low GPA

I'm applying to UCI this fall and would like to know my chances.

Major: CS and Eng.
SAT: 2310 790M 720R 800W
SAT II: 800 Math 2 and 690 Physics
GPA: 3.2 :( but I have 6 AP's in sophomore/junior year
I'm applying to UCI this fall and I'd like to know if i have any chance at getting in.
I have about 200 hours of service with NHS at my school, along with working with a local Indian nonprofit organization
Leadership positions such as board member and founder of my high school robotics club along with being one of the exec. editors of the school scientific journal
Varsity tennis for 4 years and competed at State with multiple placements

Can I get into UCI?

UC’s are very GPA focused and with your SAT/GPA mismatch is a red flag for admissions. If you address your low GPA in one of your essays it could help.
UCI: Low reach/ High Match

Is that your weighted UC GPA?
If so, probably not - unless you are first gen applicant and have a compelling story.

that’s my unweighted GPA

From what I have seen, UCI tends to favor GPA over SAT scores. UCSB’s Freshman selection criteria might work more favorably in your case.
