Tough year for CS majors. Really wasn’t interested in any of the UC’s, just applied so see his chances.
SLO top choice rejected but excited to attend SDSU.

<p>@ivysunshine @happileee seems like you guys also got rejected similar stats. i honestly dont know whats up with the UCs, if they could just tell me what it was that i was lacking in, i’d have some closure. Now i feel restless </p>
<p>@TSchaser I don’t really know what happened, since I thought my essays were good, and my stats fit the school’s usual profile. I also had pretty good ECs, but I’m also Asian, and the majority of UCI’s campus is asian. There’s a possibility that I wasn’t unique enough for the school to be accepted, I suppose? Who knows, really. I’m not that bummed, since UCI was hardly my top school. Good luck to the rest of you and congratulations to the accepted applicants!</p>

<p>Think i’ll be approaching all waitlist/rejects at the UCs so far. Berkeley and LA aren’t gonna happen. </p>
<p>@BlueF30 I got into UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, Menlo College… Just waiting for USC.</p>

<p>@Aerocollege - Not alphabetical. My friends who have names all over the alphabet have all got their decision the same day. Not alphabetical by major either, saw bio/comp Sci majors getting accepted the same day as physics majors </p>
