<p>Are you a new student? I seem to remember ours saying the same thing last year - even though we had turned in all of our docs.</p>
<p>Did you look at “My Aid Application Status.”</p>
<p>Don’t be afraid to call Financial Aid and make sure they have everything they need - you need to be very pro-active with financial aid and housing.</p>

Your file is complete; however, we will not be awarding continuing students until 2012-13 fees are set. We expect the Regents to set fees at their meeting on July 19 and 20. We will begin awarding students the week after and expect awards to be released by July 27. You will receive notification from us once your award information is available.</p>
