UCI or UCSD humanities, decision must be made tomorrow!!

My two choices are between UCI and UCSD (Muir) right now, and the deadline for SIR is...well...tomorrow.

I'm currently an undeclared major at both. I know for a fact I want to do something in the humanities department. I'm looking mainly at journalism, education, or criminology. But because I don't know exactly what I want to do, I want to go to the school with, in general, the better humanities program.

Both schools are also very similar in terms of location. Beachy, nice weather, suburbs. So please let me know about dorm quality, as it will be a pretty deciding factor. I want to be comfortable where I go to college.

Which has better dorms?

Where should I go?

A little to late, but

I like UCSD alot… It’s alot more prestigious and I think of the two would be nice since its a college town.

Though it comes down to your financial aid, costs and how you want your college experience to be. Theres a ton of threads about this, but from what I gathered UCSD is the way to go. Unless you got into the wrong college, but i think that only applies to the sciences and engineering.

I chose UCI though, because I got a bit more aid. And i really love Irvine and the OC. I grew up my entire life in LA so its a nice change of pace…
