Hey guys so I have to make a decision between UCI and USC for undergraduate school in less than a week and I can't come to a final decision! I know that first instinct, you might think I'm crazy for even asking that question. However, I'm being very serious here and I am definitely taking into consideration my passion, which is dance. I know that UCI is very strong in dance (if I do attend, I plan to get into the dance department), but USC seems to offer a lot more academic-related opportunities due to its strong alumni network. I really do not know what I want to do in life (sad to say), but I know that dance is really one of my biggest passions (i've been doing it for 10+ years). That being said however, I know I cannot become professional, but I am definitely not ready to let dance go that quickly. Sadly, at USC, they only offer a dance minor not a dance major and I've watched youtube videos and the repertory dance company just doesn't seem like what I'm looking for. Also, USC didn't give much financial aid (with 50K a year, I'm bound to be in debt!!) I love how USC is so diverse though, and the social life seems impeccable. USC is also the one that my parents want me to go to just because it's higher ranked. I mean I was thinking maybe I could go take dance classes out of campus around LA, but I don't drive and I wonder if it's a lot of effort to go out of campus every so often. Anyhow, please help me out here!

If your heart is set on USC, go to USC. All my friends there love it.
