UCI (regents) vs UCD (regents) vs UCSD for IR?

Title. I got into all three, and for a while I was certain that I’d go to San Diego for its International Relations program, location, and also because two really close friends are going there. But then I received Regents for Davis and Irvine, and now my parents are urging me to consider UCI or UCD, especially the former, because of the benefits. I’ve done some research into Regents’ scholarship boons, but I’m having a difficult time weighing them because of my limited experience.

As a side, I’m also considering picking up a History major or minor, because food history’s always been a passion of mine. I’m also potentially interested in law school.

Thanks for any help, guys!

You may want to look in the catalogs, schedules, and faculty rosters to see if courses of interest in your particular areas of interest (e.g. whatever interests you about international relations, and food history) are more available at one over the others.

For law school, if any is significantly less expensive, consider saving money for expensive law school.
