<p>Is the student body at UC Irvine more liberal or conservative, in general?</p>
<p>It’s California. . . so I assume that it will geared towards the liberal side. But then again I’m not a UCI student yet, so someone correct me if I’m wrong.</p>
<p>I honestly am not that involved in the political side of UCI… but from what I’ve seen, heard, and read as a student here, I’d say UCI is more liberal. Irvine itself is probably conservative.</p>
<p>i think UCI is mostly indifferent. lol. i wouldn’t say we’re liberal like Berkeley or anything… i remember when elections were up and there was the proposition against gay marriage and i was pretty upset with some of the things i heard about that. i think in general college students tend to be more liberal though? but idk. i def wouldn’t call UCI conservative, but not super liberal either.</p>
